1. Order cancellation and return of goods

We hope that your purchase is exactly what you wanted, however we understand that occasionally, an issue may occur with your chosen items. Parts may be faulty or damaged, or you may simply not wish to have the particular product any more. Should this be the case, our customer service team is here to help you. You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the goods are dispatched or within 14 days of receiving them.

You can notify us of your intention to cancel either by either by email, telephone or in writing. It is recommended however, that you contact us either by phone or by via email as we cannot allow for any delays in mail deliveries by your chosen carrier.

If you change your mind for whatever reason and simply do not want any of the products purchased, as long as it is within 14 days of receipt of goods, we will accept returned goods in accordance with the above point 1. Cancellation Procedure, however you (the customer) shall be responsible for the return of products and all costs associated with this.

All cancelled goods must be returned in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. We will not accept or refund any items that are damaged whilst in your possession or in transit back to us.

Please note: We are unable to accept cancellation at any stage if any item is ordered with any personalization or items custom manufactured to your specification.

2. Order cancellation and return of goods

We ask that customers fully inspect all products received on the day of delivery, we must be notified of any items that arrive faulty or damaged within 24hrs of receipt. For this we advise telephone or Email notification. We will then advise the next course of action, we will contact you.


If you wish to return large or fragile items to us this needs to be carried out by a specialist fragile goods courier. We can arrange a collection with the manufacturer’s couriers which is normally cheaper and easier than trying to source the collection yourself. The process is also usually much quicker as we can get the item directly back to the manufacturer or supplier. This can be arranged for an additional charge, which would be specified at the time of the collection request. On average, the collection charge tends to be around £45.00. In order for the goods to be collected they must be uninstalled, in all of their original packaging and condition, and ready for collection. A signature will be required and the goods cannot be left in a safe place for collection as the items are your responsibility until we have collected them from you.
PLEASE NOTE – in order to accept the return of ANY goods they must be uninstalled, in all of their original packagiing and condition, if there is a manufacturer’s seal that this is not broken, and there must be no labels or writing applied to the manufacturers packaging or box.
